Select the "Download BlackICE Update" as shown in the
example below.
The "update" feature is built into the product by selecting
the menu shown above. This launches the browser to go to
our website and see if you need a new copy. If you have the
latest copy, a web-page will pop up and tell you so.
Otherwise, the browser will download a program that will
update you to the latest version. Run this program after downloading
in order to update your product.
The above animation shows how the Tool menu is selected by
clicking on the Tool Tab in the middle of the window. This pulls down the main menu. Then select
the item "Download Update", At this stage, the product
goes to our website and either downloads the update
program (which you must run), or tells you that you
have the latest version.
Problem
Some customers are reporting that the download gives
an illegible page. This problem is described in
