SUMMARY
Defender comes with free upgrades for 1-year. After that, upgrades will
have an annual upgrade fee of $19.95.
DETAILS
The latest upgrade can be downloaded automatically by selecting
the "Update" menu option. This will send your license key and
current version to our website, which will automatically determine
if an upgrade is needed and licensed.
If your license has expired, then a message will appear informing
you of that fact.
The term "update" specifically means updates for new attack
signatures and bug fixes, and sometimes includes general product
enhancements as well.
