Filter Failure Event
SUMMARY
After applying a critical update from Microsoft, our product may report a Filter Failure event.
DETAILS
We've discovered occasional compatibility issues with the drivers in our product and some
of the Microsoft patches. If you apply a Microsoft patch, service pack or hotfix, a filter
failure event may be reported.
If this happens, make sure you check our
Downloads page
for a fix or product update that addresses the issue. The Intrusion section of
advICE provides some additional details about the
"Filter failed" event.
