What notification features does the product offer?

SUMMARY
The Defender version of the intrusion detection agent only offers
on-screen viewing of alerts through a flashing icon and through the User Interface.
DETAILS
Defender is our stand-alone single license version
of our internet and information security application.
As such, it does not contain any other alerting capabilities
that would normally be found in an enterprise security management
system. An end user is notified through a flashing icon in
their window's tray and through an immediate on screen text
message from within our User Interface.
For centralized alerting that contains various notification
techniques typically found in enterprise security systems
(i.e. e-mail, SNMP traps, pager, console "popup windows",
playing a sound, and so forth) please refer to our
Enterprise ICEpac solution.
