Is there an automated way to send a note back to the hacker's
ISP?

DETAILS
This would be a really cool feature, but there are some problems.
The first is that if ISPs get barraged by e-mail, the
first thing they will do is simply setup e-mail filters
blocking such incoming messages.
Therefore, the solution to this problem is much more complex.
We are working on this, though.
